ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - Student Window

Permanent part time – 2 days per week (FTE 0.4)
Job Share – school terms only


We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant (Student Window) to join our Business Services team.

The successful applicant should possess the following:
- High levels of grooming and presentation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven reception and/or customer service experience
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- A positive proactive attitude
- Current First Aid certificate (desirable)
- Experience working within an education setting would be highly desirable
